Payment Policy
Balance is due three weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations Deposits will be refunded minus 30% if notice of cancellation is received by May 1st. After May 1st, deposit will be refunded minus 30% when unit is rebooked and funds are received. It is understood that you are responsible for entire time booked, if we are unable to fill the vacancy.
Pets We have created a Pet Policy to accommodate both pet owners and non-pet owners. Guests bringing their pets will be asked to adhere to the following rules:
Only one pet per cottage is allowed.
All pets must be registered at check-in and be current with all vaccinations.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times when out of cottage.
Owners must pick up after their pets. Plastic bags are available at the office if needed.
Pets cannot be left unattended at any time, day or night.
We cannot accommodate large breeds or pets with destructive or disruptive behavior, such as excessive barking, chewing, or aggression towards people or other pets.
There is a charge of $10.00 extra per day for your pet or $50.00 per week.
Smoking All of our cottages are smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited within the cottages, but it is permitted on the grounds, outside of the cottages. Please help keep the grounds clean.
